Irish Buck
/2 oz SILO Whiskey
.5 oz fresh lime juice
3 oz Ginger Ale
Fill glass with large ice cube. Fill with SILO Whiskey, lime juice and Ginger Ale. Stir and garnish with a lime wedge.
SILO Old Fashioned
/1 ½ oz SILO Bourbon or SILO Whiskey
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Sugar Cube
Few dashes water
Place sugar cube in old fashioned glass and saturate with bitters, add a dash of plain water. Muddle until dissolved. Fill the glass with ice cubes and add whiskey. Garnish with orange slice, and a cocktail cherry. Serve on the rocks.

1⁄2 oz. Simple syrup
2 dashes rhubarb bitters
Orange twist
Stir ingredients with ice.
Strain into rocks or cocktail glass.
Garnish with orange twist.
Windsor Times
/1 1⁄2 oz. SILO Whiskey
1 1⁄2 oz. Dry vermouth
1⁄3 oz . Dry Curaçao
2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Lemon twist
Stir ingredients with ice.
Strain into rocks or cocktail glass.
Garnish with lemon twist.
Maple Manhattan
/2 oz. SILO Whiskey
3⁄4 oz. Maple liqueur
SILO infused cherries, plus juice
Combine all ingredients, except cherries.
Stir with ice.
Garnish with cherry.
