Our gin holds tight to traditional roots, yet is balanced and welcoming for newer palates.

We combined Vermont corn and apples with Massachusetts juniper berries to create this modern gin. This smooth spirit is perfect for sipping on a summer day in the garden.

 
 

Ingredients

Vermont Corn
Vermont Apples
MA Juniper Berries
Gluten Free and non-GMO

Flavor Profile

Nose: Pine, Lemon


Palate: Pine, Citrus, Apple


Finish: Long Green Apple Finish

Cocktail Index
Gin & Jam

2 oz. SILO Gin
1 tbsp. Of your favorite berry jam
1⁄2 oz. Fresh lemon juice
Tonic

Shake ingredients with ice. 
Pour into a tall glass. 
Top with tonic.

Cucumber Vesper

1 oz. SILO Gin
1 oz. Silo Cucumber Vodka
1 oz. Lillet
Lemon peel garnish

Stir ingredients with ice for 10 seconds.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Using a small knife or peeler, remove a piece of peel from lemon. Twist peel over drink to express oils, then rub around rim of glass. Float peel to garnish.
