1⁄2 oz. Simple syrup
2 dashes rhubarb bitters

Stir Gin, Aperol, and blood orange liqueur with ice.
Rinse sides rock glass with absinthe, discard remainder.
Strain into glass over large square ice cube.
Garnish with orange peel.

SILO infused cherries, plus juice
Combine all ingredients, except cherries.
Stir with ice.
Garnish with cherry.

Seltzer water
Shake all ingredients, except seltzer.
Pour over ice.
Top with seltzer.

1 Sugar cube
2 Dashes of Peychaud bitters
1 Dash of Angostura bitters
Rinse glass with absinthe.
In mixing glass, dissolve sugar with gin and bitters.
Stir with ice.
Strain into serving glass.
Garnish with lemon peel.

1 tbsp. Of your favorite berry jam
1⁄2 oz. Fresh lemon juice
Tonic
Shake ingredients with ice.
Pour into a tall glass.
Top with tonic.

1 oz. Cardamaro
1⁄2 oz. Honey simple syrup
2 Kumquats
Couple dashes of cranberry bitters
Soda water
Muddle kumquats and simple syrup.
Add all ingredients and shake well.
Strain over ice into a collins glass.
Top with soda water.
Serve with a straw.
*Cardamaro is a delightful, wine-based amaro which features cardoon, a relative of the artichoke. Its unique bitter, vegetal flavor profile pairs well with the coolness of cucumber and the tangy-sweet nature of kumquats.

Lemon peel garnish
Stir ingredients with ice for 10 seconds.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Using a small knife or peeler, remove a piece of peel from lemon. Twist peel over drink to express oils, then rub around rim of glass. Float peel to garnish.

1 oz. Lime juice
1⁄2 oz. Cucumber-lime simple syrup
Shake hard with ice, and strain into your favorite glass.
