Reserve Gin

Our classic gin with a barrel-aged bend.

We aged our classic and smooth gin in bourbon barrels for a light kiss of woody sweetness and char. This spirit melts across the palate; bringing out the steeped apples and giving the juniper berries a new dimension.

 
 

Ingredients

Vermont Corn
Vermont Apples
Massachusetts Juniper Berries
Gluten Free and non-GMO

Flavor Profile

Nose: Soft Apple, Light Juniper, Pecan Pie


Palate: Warm, Honey, Pine, Sage, Caramel


Finish: Honey, Apple Brandy

Cocktail Index
W.W Ramos Gin Fizz

2 oz. SILO Reserve Gin
1⁄2 oz. Fresh Lemon
1⁄2 oz. Fresh Lime
1⁄2 oz. Cinnamon Syrup
1 oz. Heavy Cream
Egg White
Citizen Cider Lake Hopper
Alice and the Magician 'Orange Blossom' spray

Combine egg white and citrus in mixing tin and shake for as long as you can.
Add Cinnamon Syrup and Heavy Cream and ice and shake again.
Strain into Collins glass.
Slowly top with cider.
Spray 2-3 sprays Orange Blossom aromatic.

Artisans Way

1 1⁄2 oz. SILO Reserve Gin
1 oz. Campari
1 oz. Sweet vermouth
Your choice of garnish: orange slice, lemon twist, cherry

Stir ingredients with ice. 
Strain into rocks or cocktail glass. 
Garnish.

The Cellist

1 1⁄2 oz. SILO Reserve Gin
1 oz. Aperol
1⁄2 oz. Blood orange liqueur
1⁄4 oz. Absinthe
Orange peel for garnish

Stir Gin, Aperol, and blood orange liqueur with ice. 
Rinse sides rock glass with absinthe, discard remainder. 
Strain into glass over large square ice cube. 
Garnish with orange peel.
