THE best sausages and kielbasa in all of the Upper Valley! Come meet one of the farmers we work closly with here at SILO. John owns SpringMore Farm, a small, family farm in Baltimore Vermont.
After our grains are spent, and all alcohol removed, they are picked up by John to use as feed at SpringMore. His pigs and chickens are getting some of the best Vermont grain around!
John will be here every Saturday serving up sausages, kielbasa and other treats right on our patio. Full circle at its finest.
