Rosie's Day Off
/1 1⁄2 oz. SILO Bourbon
1⁄2 oz. Ginger liqueur
1 1⁄2 oz. Grapefruit juice
1⁄2 oz. Lime juice
Seltzer water
Shake all ingredients, except seltzer.
Pour over ice.
Top with seltzer.
SILO Sazerac
/2 oz. SILO Reserve Gin
1⁄4 oz. Absinthe
1 Sugar cube
2 Dashes of Peychaud bitters
1 Dash of Angostura bitters
Rinse glass with absinthe.
In mixing glass, dissolve sugar with gin and bitters.
Stir with ice.
Strain into serving glass.
Garnish with lemon peel.
Queen of Thorns
/1 1⁄2 oz. SILO Cucumber Vodka
1 oz. Cardamaro
1⁄2 oz. Honey simple syrup
2 Kumquats
Couple dashes of cranberry bitters
Soda water
Muddle kumquats and simple syrup.
Add all ingredients and shake well.
Strain over ice into a collins glass.
Top with soda water.
Serve with a straw.
*Cardamaro is a delightful, wine-based amaro which features cardoon, a relative of the artichoke. Its unique bitter, vegetal flavor profile pairs well with the coolness of cucumber and the tangy-sweet nature of kumquats.
Cucumber Vesper
/1 oz. SILO Gin
1 oz. Silo Cucumber Vodka
1 oz. Lillet
Lemon peel garnish
Stir ingredients with ice for 10 seconds.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Using a small knife or peeler, remove a piece of peel from lemon. Twist peel over drink to express oils, then rub around rim of glass. Float peel to garnish.
Cucumber Summer
/2 oz. SILO Cucumber Vodka
1 oz. Cointreau
1 oz. Lime juice
1⁄2 oz. Cucumber-lime simple syrup
Shake hard with ice, and strain into your favorite glass.

1⁄2 oz. Elderberry
1⁄4 oz. Lemon juice
Shake on ice until cold.
Strain up or down in martini glass.
Garnish with lemon peel.
Lavender Collins
/2 oz. SILO Lavender Vodka
1 oz. Lemon juice
1⁄2 oz. Honey
Soda water
Shake first three ingredients with ice, pour into glass with rocks.
Top with soda.
SILO Spring
/2 oz. SILO Lavender Vodka
1⁄2 oz. Orange liqueur
1 oz. Cranberry juice
1⁄2 oz. Lime juice
Orange rind garnish
Shake hard with ice, serve up.
Garnish with orange rind.
